16 Year Old Kofi Boakye Made History In Akron, OH...
A clear and sunny day with an tropical high of 75 degrees, made for an perfect night to be in Akron, OH especially if you had plans to attend the historical and beautiful Akron Civic Theatre where Akron's own young musician and songwriter Kofi Boakye (16 years old) took the stage. The event was for the release of his newest CD entitled "MADE IN AKRON". What made this event so rare and special is the fact that Kofi made history by becoming the first teen to ever headline his own show at the Akron Civic Theatre. Bou-Jai Studios had the honor of filming the live event that featured Kofi's band "Yours Truly" which includes Marquis Brown, Jeff Law and Cody Mansfield.
